Pattern Review for Elisa Top

Once again, I was given a chance to test another cute pattern by Filles a Maman , the Elisa Top. I love that it only takes 30 mins of your precious time to make one AND you can either use Woven or Knit. How awesome is that???

So...here are the photos!

First test was in knit. I made a size 12 for my 8 yr old and it fits great! I used a solid mustard yellow color for the bodice (front and back) and printed for the front and back frills. The straps are made of  3/8 blue grosgrain ribbon.

I also made a cute matching yellow headband to go with it :)

Next test was for woven, again I used the same size. Fits good but, I prefer going up a size for extra room.
*Please check your child's measurements and consider the fact that woven has 0 stretch. Also, every child has different body type.

This is the fabric I used for the woven...

and of course I made a matching fabric bow!

That sums up my review. A must have pattern for this season!
